General Information
Facilities : Two 5000 sq. ft. metallic buildings.
One building is for storage of units and component parts. The other building is used for manufacturing to allow all aspects to be closely monitored to insure maximum quality.

Darkrooms

Units are constructed with 2x4 frame covered with ¼" plywood inside and out. Outside is completely fiberglassed. Floor and wheel well sides are made of ¾" plywood. Floor is reinforced with 1x4 spaced 8 to 10 inches apart. Walls and roof are insulated with 1" styrofoam. The Floor and wheel well sides and wall behind developing tank are fiberglassed. The rest of the inside is epoxy coated.

Dryer Cabinets

Unit is constructed from ½" and 5/8" plywood, epoxy coated with the floor of the dryer being fiberglassed. The capacity is twenty-four 14x17 hangers. Drying is achieved by a 1450 watt low volume heater with a forced air fan. Unit is vented to the outside to insure removal of moist air. CR 8 and CR 8 Gen units are equipped with a two door cabinet for storage.

Cabinets

Unit is constructed from ½" plywood. It is epoxy coated inside and out. Unit has four latched doors to secure storage space. The CR8 and CR 8 Gen have 4 doors. The CR 6 has 3 doors.

Developing Tank

Unit is constructed of ¾" plywood, completely fiberglassed with three stainless steel hinges on back of lid. ¾" closed cell Neoprene is used for the securing gasket. PVC drains are provided in the bottom of tank, all connected to one main drain at front of tank for easy access.

Economy Model

This unit is manufactures in all three models. This is a basic unit with all equipment inside that is shown in floor plan drawings except you will not have a fiberglass front Airfoil with storage or a fiberglass door. The basic door has an aluminum frame and is a standard camper door.
